Unlike traditional forms of meditation which encourage you to sit still and silent, I encourage you to move, sigh, shout, shake and dance to express your inner world through your physical body.
Through regular practice this gets you out of your thinking mind and into your feeling body - which is where your subconscious lives, and where you have the power to make the greatest change in your life.
What you can expect after a week of daily practice
You’ll feel more grounded and centred in yourself.
You’ll understand the emotions and sensations you’re feeling on a daily basis, which in turn will help you to understand yourself more deeply.
Feel supported to face the more uncomfortable and difficult sensations in your body, and slowly start to delve into them. (Kind of like easing yourself into cold water and realising that your body already knows exactly how to handle this)
You’ll start to feel really good about yourself, knowing that you are able to face anything life throws at you.
