Embodiment coaching uses powerful questioning along with support in reconnecting to your inner felt senses to help you to trust yourself, know yourself and become the most confident version of yourself.

Embodiment skill building
Embodiment involves developing sensitivity towards your inner felt senses - your emotions, physical sensations, energy - and learning how to understand, translate and respond to the information it provides. This is a skill that few of us have been taught.
Through my coaching sessions I offer guided embodiment meditations, and also teach you the skills of how to do this for yourself, so that you can continue to use what you’ve learned after we’ve finished working together.
Action orientated strategy
And finally, this work is action orientated. Changing how you feel about yourself is a crucial first step, but things don’t end there. I work with you to create strategic actions which moves you closer to what you really want in life, so that your inner transformation becomes an outer transformation. But the key here is that you access your inner wisdom first - which stops us from wasting time on actions that don’t lead to results, or from procrastinating over starting in the first place.

Deep dive 90 minute coaching session
Over the course of 90 minutes we’ll take a deep dive into your unique confidence blueprint. Using breath, awareness, movement and sound we’ll get to the heart of how this is playing out in your body and allow your body's wisdom to start uncovering your natural confidence.

Six Session Confidence Container
Over six sessions we’ll uncover the beliefs that are holding you back, bring movement into stuck, stagnant emotions, and build an action plan so that you can become the most confident version of yourself.
Each session will involve a mixture of guided embodiment meditation, powerful questioning and supported embodied exploration. I’ll weave in a range of tools that are tailored to your experience as we walk towards a goal we set together at the beginning of your container.

Our body is continually offering us a vast treasure trove of information, designed to help guide us through life - but we spend so much time in our minds that we’ve forgotten how to speak its language.
Our modern world encourages us to live life through our heads.

When we’re experiencing difficulties we may spend hours talking through our problems again and again, trying to reframe our mindset and think our way to a solution.
For most of my life this was me.
My anxious brain brought me one problem after another and I spent hours ruminating.
I was convinced that if I could just “think long and hard enough” I’d finally get the answer I was looking for.
But more often than not I ended up exhausted, drained and feeling more confused than when I started.
Sound familiar?
It was only when I learned to drop into my body that I realised that life doesn’t have to be this difficult, and the answer to everything I was struggling with was much closer than I thought.
I’ve experienced more self-trust, joy, ease and self confidence than I ever felt was possible.
And it didn’t come from working harder… it came from learning how to stop working so hard, and let life breathe through me.

What happens during an embodiment coaching session?
Embodiment coaching uses powerful questioning and a connection with the inner felt senses to help you move towards greater flow and ease in your life.
We’ll use a mixture of meditation, general conversation and guided embodiment exploration to really understand what’s happening in your body landscape.
I’m worried this won’t work for me…
That’s normal! But also not something to worry about. You already have a connection to your body, because you’re a person who’s alive right now. There is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way to do embodiment.
If you are feeling drawn towards this work then it’s likely that you are ready to begin deepening your connection to your inner world.
How is my work different to other coaching options?
When you say that you want to trust yourself, you want to know what you want, and you want to be more confident, what you’re really saying is that you want to feel differently to how you feel now.
You want to feel confident, feel grounded, clear and purposeful, and you want to feel at ease in your own skin.
Many forms of coaching focus on creating change using only the mind. But if what we really want is to feel differently, then it makes sense to work with the part of us that does all of our feeling - the body! My coaching does exactly that.
Who is this work for?
This work is for women and non-binary people*, over the age of 18, who feel drawn to connecting more deeply with their body and desire to live a life with more self confidence and self trust. If you are a man and you feel drawn to this work, please do reach out to me for a discovery call, as I work with men occasionally!
As sessions take place through Zoom you can be based anywhere in the world, so long as you have access to a private space, a stable internet connection, and are available at times which align with UK time.

You’ve recently gone through a significant trauma.

You are struggling with serious mental health problems and are not receiving the support of a medical professional.
Embodiment coaching works best when you are approaching it from a place of relative stability in your life. Mental health problems don’t automatically preclude you from working with me, but I do want to make sure that you have appropriate professional support. Whilst Feminine Embodiment Coaching is a trauma aware modality, I am not a trauma specialist and it is not appropriate for me to treat trauma or serious mental health conditions.
When do the sessions take place?
Sessions are available at a range of times which can be seen on the booking page. I am based in the UK. If none of the available times suit you feel free to email me and I’ll try to work out a time!
Where do the sessions take place?
Sessions take place on Zoom. Please ensure that you have access to a private space where you will not be disturbed and a stable internet connection. Embodiment coaching sessions often include an invitation to move your body or make sounds - it’s best to ensure that you are in a space where you have the privacy you need to feel comfortable.
How many sessions do you recommend?
I see the most significant transformation in clients who work with me over the course of a 6 session package. Many go on to book additional sessions because they find the coaching space so valuable and supportive.
If you are curious about the modality, have one clear issue you would like to explore, and want to experience an embodiment coaching session I recommend you book a Deep Dive 90 Minute Coaching Session. Often one session can create significant insights for my clients which leads to new opportunities and ways of handling their challenges.
However, if you are committed to seeing significant results, I recommend you book a six session package. This will allow us to really get to the heart of the matter, and build the client-coach trust which is necessary for deep transformation.
